William Chapman Waller (1850 - 1917)
Loughton's Historian

A photographic record of the man, his family and Loughton

Most of the photographs in this album were taken by William Waller and his wife Emma (‘Minnie’), between 1880-1910. The recent colour photographs, including the portraits of William Waller and his aunt Jane Miller Waller, were taken by Richard Morris during the research for his book William Chapman Waller (1850-1917) - Loughton's Historian, published by the Loughton & District Historical Society in 2001 and available from bookshops and the Society.
